Ingredients

  • 1 box 15 count phyllo shells
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 2 ounces crumbled feta cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
  • 1-2 Tablespoons honey
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and feta cheese. Use a hand mixer to blend the cheese together until smooth and creamy.
  • Arrange the frozen phyllo shells on a large, rimmed baking sheet. Spoon the cheese mixture evenly into the shells, about 1/2 Tablespoon per shell.
  • Bake at 350° for 7-8 minutes. Remove the shells from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh thyme. Drizzle with honey to taste and garnish with fresh cracked pepper. Serve immediately.
