These Feta Phyllo Bites are the cutest little appetizer! They're savory + sweet, with a crispy shell and a deliciously creamy filling. The perfect bites for any occasion!
2ouncescrumbled feta cheesesoftened to room temperature
1teaspoonsesame seeds
2teaspoonsfresh thyme
1-2Tablespoonshoney

Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and feta cheese. Use a hand mixer to blend the cheese together until smooth and creamy.
Arrange the frozen phyllo shells on a large, rimmed baking sheet. Spoon the cheese mixture evenly into the shells, about 1/2 Tablespoon per shell.
Bake at 350° for 7-8 minutes. Remove the shells from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh thyme. Drizzle with honey to taste and garnish with fresh cracked pepper. Serve immediately.
