Ingredients

Fruit Salsa

  • 1 mango diced
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • zest of 2 limes
  • 1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds

Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Crisps

  • 5 small fajita size flour tortillas
  • 2 Tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

For salsa:

  • Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.

For tortilla crisps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Brush tortillas with melted butter.
  • Combine cinnamon & sugar and sprinkle over melted butter.
  • Cut tortillas into triangles and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until crisp.
