Ingredients
Fruit Salsa

mango
diced
1
cup
diced strawberries
1
cup
diced pineapple
2
Tablespoons
lemon juice
1
teaspoon
honey
zest of 2 limes
1/4
teaspoon
poppy seeds
Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Crisps

fajita size flour tortillas

Tablespoons
butter
melted

Tablespoons
granulated sugar

teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions
For salsa:
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
For tortilla crisps:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Brush tortillas with melted butter.
Combine cinnamon & sugar and sprinkle over melted butter.
Cut tortillas into triangles and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until crisp.
