Ingredients

  • 8 cups water
  • 2 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • Fresh mint to taste
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Pour water into a large pitcher
  • Add the thinly sliced cucumbers and lemons
  • Add fresh mint sprigs to taste
  • Stir and let sit 4 hours or overnight (not necessary, but this helps the flavors develop)
