Ingredients

packages cream cheese
8 ounce each, softened

mayo

packages imitation crab meat
8 ounce each

grated Parmesan cheese

dry white wine
I used Sauvignon Blanc

dijon mustard

teaspoon
dried parsley

Lawry's seasoning salt
or more to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a medium crockpot.
Heat over high heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth and creamy (15-20 minutes.) Reduce heat to low.
Serve with crackers or bread.
