Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces small noodles
  • 3 cups cooked chopped chicken
  • 2 cups mayo
  • 4 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Beau Monde seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Prepare the noodles according to package instructions. I would suggest cooking them al dente so they will hold up better in the salad. Drain and rinse immediately with cold water to cool.
  • Combine the cooled cooked noodles with the remaining ingredients and mix well in a large bowl. If time allows, let the salad rest before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
  • Enjoy as a side salad on its own, as a dip with potato chips or pretzels, or crush a few potato chips on top for a crunchy, salty twist!

Notes

Beau Monde Seasoning Recipe:
  • 2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
*Combine all ingredients and mix well!
