Salad

arugula

3.5 ounce pre-cooked chicken sausage, grilled and sliced

baguette
toasted and cubed

cherry tomatoes
halved

"cherry size" fresh mozzarella cheese

Dressing

olive oil

balsamic vinegar

Instructions
Combine arugula, chicken sausage, bread cubes, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese in a large salad bowl.
Top with fresh basil.
Prepare dressing by combining ingredients in a small jar and shaking vigorously until well mixed.
Drizzle dressing over panzanella.
