Blueberry Granola

Homemade Blueberry Granola, packed with sliced almonds, toasted coconut, and dried blueberries. This granola is sweet, crunchy, and so delicious with yogurt, milk, or by the handful!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup flaked sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup dried blueberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250° F.
  • Combine the oats and almonds in a medium mixing bowl.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon and mix well. Drizzle over the oats mixture and mix until coated.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on a 10x15 inch rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until light brown. Stir in the coconut and bake 45 minutes longer or until golden brown, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and stir in the dried blueberries. Let stand until cool.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
