- 1 16 ounce jar Zoup! Good, Really Good® Black Bean Chili
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar jack cheese
- 15 ounce can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 tomato for garnish
- 1-2 jalapeños for garnish
- 1 bunch cilantro for garnish
In a medium saucepan, combine the black bean chili, cream cheese, and spices. Heat on medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until cream cheese is fully melted.
Stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
Gently stir in the black beans and heat through.
Remove from heat and serve as is, or garnish as desired.
