Ingredients

  • 1 16 ounce jar Zoup! Good, Really Good® Black Bean Chili
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • 15 ounce can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 tomato for garnish
  • 1-2 jalapeños for garnish
  • 1 bunch cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the black bean chili, cream cheese, and spices. Heat on medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until cream cheese is fully melted.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
  • Gently stir in the black beans and heat through.
  • Remove from heat and serve as is, or garnish as desired.
