Ingredients

Salad

  • 2 wedges iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped pecans

Dressing

  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1 Tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Assemble salads by topping iceberg wedges with berries, goat cheese, bacon, pecans, and dressing.
  • Prepare the dressing by combining all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisking until smooth and creamy.
  • Drizzle dressing over salads as desired.
