any kind

pineapple juice

shredded coconut
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Garnish with additional shredded coconut as desired.

Recipe Variations
Add vanilla, coconut, or banana yogurt for a creamier smoothie
Substitute any type of milk for coconut milk
Use
toasted coconut
in place of regular shredded coconut
Add coconut extract for extra coconut flavor
Add a splash of orange juice for a flavor twist
