Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 bunch asparagus ends trimmed
  • 2 1/2 ounces goat cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons pine nuts
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400° F.
  • Top flatbreads with asparagus, goat cheese, and pine nuts.
  • Drizzle generously with olive oil and top with salt and pepper.
  • Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove from oven; drizzle with balsamic glaze.
