  • 5 oz. gorgonzola cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 c. walnuts
  • 1/3 c. red onion chopped
  • 1/4 c. pumpkin seeds

Dressing

  • 1/2 c. olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. poppy seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
