Ingredients

gin

pure pressed apple juice
1/2
ounce
lemon juice
1/2
ounce
apple simple syrup
1
egg white
optional

ounce
club soda
Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add gin, apple juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (optional).
Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds, until foamy.
Strain into a glass and top with club soda.
Notes
How to make apple simple syrup:
In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 1 thinly sliced apple.
Bring the mixture a boil, then remove it from the heat, cover it, and let it cool.
Once cool, use it in cocktails or store it in the refrigerator for later.
