Apple Cider Mimosa

Mimosas are a brunch time favorite... and this apple cider version is such a delicious twist! Made with just 3 simple ingredients, it's sweet, refreshing, and perfect for fall!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces apple cider or juice
  • 1/2 ounce apple schnapps
  • 4 ounces champagne

Instructions

  • In a champagne flute, combine the apple liqueur and chilled apple cider.
  • Add chilled champagne to fill the glass.
  • Garnish with a thin apple slice and enjoy!

Recipe variations

  • Use any type of apple juice or cider 
  • Use an apple/cranberry blend for a delicious twist
  • Add a splash of cinnamon liqueur for an apple cinnamon mimosa
  • Add a splash of vanilla vodka for an apple pie mimosa
  • Top with whipped cream
