Air Fryer Wonton Strips

Crispy Wonton Strips are a Chinese takeout staple... and this air fryer version is our new favorite! Easy to make with just two simple ingredients, they add the perfect amount of flavor and crunch to any of your favorite dishes!

Ingredients

  • 1 package wonton or egg roll wrappers
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  • Cut the wrappers into 3/4 inch thick strips.
  • If air frying, place the strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray generously with oil. Air fry at 350° for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly. Repeat with remaining strips until finished.
  • If frying, heat 2 inches of oil in a heavy saucepan to 360°. Add wonton strips in batches and fry for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly. Remove with a spider strainer or slotted spoon and drain on a baking sheet lined with paper towels. Repeat with remaining strips until finished.
