Cut the wrappers into 3/4 inch thick strips.
If air frying, place the strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray generously with oil. Air fry at 350° for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly. Repeat with remaining strips until finished.
If frying, heat 2 inches of oil in a heavy saucepan to 360°. Add wonton strips in batches and fry for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly. Remove with a spider strainer or slotted spoon and drain on a baking sheet lined with paper towels. Repeat with remaining strips until finished.
