Air Fryer Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • salt & pepper for seasoning
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Lightly season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Place the flour in one bowl, the beaten eggs in another bowl, and in a third bowl combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each pork chop into the flour until completely coated; shake off any excess. Next, dip into the beaten eggs until completely coated. Finally, dip into the bread crumb mixture until completely coated.
  • Place pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket (I was able to fit 2 pork chops at a time). Spray pork chops with olive oil using an oil mister (**do NOT use aerosol cooking spray, as it can damage the inside of the basket**). Air fry at 375° F for 9-14 minutes, flipping and misting with olive oil halfway through. Exact cooking time will depend on the thickness of the meat. Pork is done once internal temperature reaches 145° F.
  • Remove from air fryer basket and garnish with fresh minced parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.
