Vodka Vinaigrette

Homemade Vodka Vinaigrette - made with a handful of ingredients, including real vodka! This dressing is light, refreshing, and delicious on our Steak Salad or any of your favorites!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoons vodka
  • 2 Tablespoons onion minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a liquid measuring cup or glass jar.
  • Mix well using a fork, whisk, or by shaking vigorously.
  • Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Recipe Variations

  • Use a combination of lemon juice & white wine or white balsamic vinegar
  • Use citrus flavored vodka
  • Substitute shallot for the onion & garlic
  • Use any type of onion, including yellow onion or green onion
  • Add any of your favorite fresh herbs
  • Add additional seasonings, such as Italian seasoning or Greek seasoning
  • Add crumbled feta or grated Parmesan
The olive oil may solidify in colder temperatures, so leave time to bring it back to room temperature before using.
