Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients (except toppings) in a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth (mixture will be thick).
  • Pour into bowl; top with bananas, coconut, and pecans.
