Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans drained
  • 1 can pinto beans drained
  • 1 can garbanzo beans drained
  • 1 can cannellini beans drained
  • 1 can dark red kidney beans drained
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup red onion diced
  • 1 4 oz jar pimentos drained
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teapsoon pepper

Instructions

  • Drain and rinse beans.
  • Combine drained beans, pepper, celery, onion, and pimentos in a large bowl.
  • In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil; remove from heat and pour over bean mixture.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
