In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, dill, paprika, and half of the capers. Mix on medium speed using a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
Flake the lox, then stir it into the creamy base along with the remaining capers.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to marry (optional).
