Ingredients

  • 3 medium tomatoes chopped
  • 6 ounces feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1/3 cup Greek salad dressing

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or any of your favorite dippers.

Notes

Recipe Variations

  • Add chopped cucumbers or red onion
  • Use any type of dressing or vinaigrette
  • Substitute grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • Use fresh mozzarella or goat cheese in place of feta
  • Add canned, drained chickpeas
  • Add chopped bell pepper or kalamata olives
  • Serve with pita chips
