Egg Drop Soup

  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 tsp. corn starch
  • 4 tsp. water
  • 2 Phil's Fresh Eggs beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. dried minced onion
  • 1/8 tsp. salt or more to taste


  1. In a medium saucepan, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir together corn starch and water; stir into boiling water.
  4. Slowly add beaten eggs, whisking vigorously until eggs are completely incorporated.
  5. Stir in dried minced onion and salt.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions.
