Very Vanilla Muffins

These Very Vanilla Muffins are loaded with delicious vanilla flavor and lightened up with Truvia®. Perfect for breakfast or snack....and they couldn't be easier to make!

  • ½ c. Truvia Baking Blend
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 c. all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • ¼ c. vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla extract


  1. Combine eggs and Truvia Baking Blend in a large mixing bowl and beat until creamy.
  2. Stir flour and baking powder together; add to sugar mixture alternately with milk.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, melted butter, and vanilla extract and beat thoroughly.
  4. Grease muffin tins; fill cups ¾ full.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees 18-20 minutes.
