Ingredients

  • 3 ounces whipped cream flavored vodka
  • 1 ounce half & half
  • 2 Tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon maple syrup or honey

Instructions

  • Prepare martini glass by rubbing the inside & outside of the rims with honey or maple syrup. Dip into graham cracker crumbs to coat.
  • In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the whipped cream vodka, half & half, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Cover the shaker and shake vigorously to combine, then strain into prepared glass.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon and enjoy!

Notes

Recipe variations

  • Use pumpkin pie filling or pumpkin butter in place of pumpkin puree (*both of these options are sweeter than pumpkin puree, so you may want to substitute plain vodka, as well)
  • Use any type of milk for a thinner consistency
  • Use heavy cream for a thicker consistency
  • Substitute cinnamon and nutmeg for pumpkin pie spice
  • Use vanilla or cake flavored vodka in place of whipped cream vodka
