Ingredients

  • 3 ounces whipped cream flavored vodka
  • 1 ounce half & half
  • 2 Tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon maple syrup or honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare martini glass by rubbing the inside & outside of the rims with honey or maple syrup. Dip into graham cracker crumbs to coat.
  2. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the whipped cream vodka, half & half, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously to combine, then strain into prepared glass.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon and enjoy!

Notes

Recipe variations

  • Use pumpkin pie filling or pumpkin butter in place of pumpkin puree (*both of these options are sweeter than pumpkin puree, so you may want to substitute plain vodka, as well)
  • Use any type of milk for a thinner consistency
  • Use heavy cream for a thicker consistency
  • Substitute cinnamon and nutmeg for pumpkin pie spice
  • Use vanilla or cake flavored vodka in place of whipped cream vodka
