Ingredients

  • 1 whole pineapple about 4 cups diced
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup minced cilantro
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or spoon over tacos, enchiladas, or nachos.
