Pineapple Palomas

Pineapple Palomas are a sweet, refreshing twist on the original. Enjoy them by the glass or make a pitcher to share....either way, they're the perfect drink for summer!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces silver tequila
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces club soda
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons lemon simple syrup recipe in notes
  • juice of 1/2 lime

Instructions

  • Prepare simple syrup by bringing water and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan.
  • Remove from heat; squeeze in lemon juice.
  • Let stand until cool.
  • Prepare drink by combining all ingredients in a glass.
  • *Recipe can be multiplied to make a pitcher!

Notes

Lemon Simple Syrup:
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
juice of 1 lemon
