Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Brut champagne
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce triple sec
  • pineapple wedge

Instructions

  • Combine chilled pineapple juice and triple sec in a champagne flute.
  • Top with chilled champagne.
  • Garnish with pineapple wedge.

Recipe Variations

  • Use a pineapple juice blend, like pineapple orange or pineapple mango
  • Substitute pineapple liqueur or pineapple vodka for the Triple Sec
  • Use Brut Rosé for a pretty pink drink
