Pineapple Margaritas

Pineapple Margaritas are a sweet, refreshing, tropical twist on the original. Made with just 4 simple ingredients, they're perfect for taco night, happy hour, or Cinco de Mayo!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces tequila blanco
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup more or less to taste
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice

Instructions

  • Use a lime wedge to wet the rim of a margarita glass; dip rim in coarse salt. Fill the glass with crushed ice and set aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice and simple syrup. Fill with ice and shake until chilled.
  • Strain into ice filled glass; garnish with a lime wedge or fresh pineapple wedge.

Notes

By the Pitcher:

This recipe is easy to make by the pitcherful! In a large pitcher, combine 2 cups tequila, 2 cups pineapple juice, 1/2 cup lime juice, and 1/2 cup simple syrup. Add more simple syrup to taste.
