Pesto Aioli

Creamy Pesto Aioli - made with 5 simple ingredients and packed with amazing flavor. The perfect sauce for burgers, sandwiches, or wraps... and one of our favorite dips for french fries and onion rings!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice (more to taste)
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; mix well.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Recipe Variations

  • Substitute sun dried tomato pesto for basil pesto
  • Add additional seasonings, such as onion powder, dried basil, or black pepper
  • Use more or less lemon juice to taste
  • Add fresh minced basil
  • Substitute ranch dressing for some of the mayo
 

Storage Tips

Pesto Aioli can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy straight from the fridge or at room temperature.
