- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice (more to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
Recipe Variations
- Substitute sun dried tomato pesto for basil pesto
- Add additional seasonings, such as onion powder, dried basil, or black pepper
- Use more or less lemon juice to taste
- Add fresh minced basil
- Substitute ranch dressing for some of the mayo

Pesto Aioli can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy straight from the fridge or at room temperature.
