Ingredients

Kabobs

  • 1 loaf pound cake edges trimmed
  • 4-6 fresh peaches
  • honey

Whipped cream

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream very cold
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  • Cut pound cake into cubes.
  • Cut peaches into pieces of similar size.
  • Alternate pound cake and peaches on skewers.
  • Drizzle with honey and serve with whipped cream.
  • Make whipped cream by combining whipping cream and sugar in a chilled mixing bowl. Mix on low speed to dissolve sugar, then on high speed until mixture is light and fluffy and has doubled in volume.
