Ingredients

  • 10 ounces canned tuna drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 jalapeño minced
  • 3 pieces bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 Tablespoon Miracle Whip optional
  • 1/2 Tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl.
  • Stir well.
  • Enjoy as is or on a sandwich.

Recipe Variations

  • Use any variety of tuna OR substitute canned salmon
  • Add chopped celery or bell peppers
  • Substitute pickled jalapeños
  • Add chopped pickles or pickle relish
  • Use any variety of mustard
  • Add 1/4 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • Add chopped avocado or hard boiled eggs
