Jalapeño Margarita

Jalapeño Margaritas are a deliciously spicy twist on a classic! Infused with the flavor of fresh jalapeños and lime juice, they're the perfect drink for Cinco de Mayo, Taco Tuesday, or anytime you're craving a little something spicy!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces silver tequila
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 3-4 jalapeño slices
  • coarse salt and lime wedge for

Instructions

  • Rub the rim of your glass with a lime wedge, then dip in coarse salt to coat. Add ice to about 2/3 full.
  • Add the tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, and sliced jalapeños to a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake vigorously to infuse the drink with jalapeño flavor, then strain it into your glass.
  • Garnish with fresh sliced jalapeños or a lime wedge.
