Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid.
  • Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously to combine all the ingredients.
  • Use immediately, and shake before every use.

Notes

Storage Tips

Greek Vinaigrette can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. I like to store it in a glass jar with a lid so it can easily be shaken before using. Ingredients may separate when cold, so it's best to let it stand at room temperature for a while before using.
