Dill Pickle Coleslaw

If you love pickles, this coleslaw is for you! It's packed with fresh dill, cheddar cheese, french fried onions, and... of course... pickles! Easy to make and a perfect side dish for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 14 ounce bag 3-Color Coleslaw Mix
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 3 Tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup French Fried Onions
  • 2-3 sliced green onions
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh minced dill

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo and pickle juice until smooth. Set aside.
  • Slice the pickles and green onions, chop the fresh dill, and shred the colby jack cheese.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well to combine.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with additional fresh dill as desired. Enjoy!
