If you love pickles, this coleslaw is for you! It's packed with fresh dill, cheddar cheese, french fried onions, and... of course... pickles! Easy to make and a perfect side dish for any occasion!

Ingredients

bag 3-Color Coleslaw Mix
3/4
cup
mayo
3
Tablespoons
pickle juice
1/2
cup
sliced dill pickles
1
cup
shredded Colby Jack cheese
1/2
cup
French Fried Onions
2-3
sliced green onions
1
Tablespoon
fresh minced dill
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo and pickle juice until smooth. Set aside.
Slice the pickles and green onions, chop the fresh dill, and shred the colby jack cheese.
Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well to combine.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with additional fresh dill as desired. Enjoy!
