- 14 ounce bag 3-Color Coleslaw Mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Prepare the sauce by combining sour cream, lime juice, fresh cilantro, fresh garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Pour the coleslaw mix into a large mixing bowl; add the sauce and sliced green onions.
Mix well, then garnish with fresh cilantro as desired.

- Substitute sliced green or purple cabbage for the coleslaw mix
- Use plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream
- Add 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
