Ingredients

15 ounce cans chickpeas

large cucumber
chopped

feta cheese
diced
1/2

diced red onion
1/4

minced basil
1/2

olive oil

white balsamic vinegar

lemon juice

cloves
garlic

dried parsley

dijon mustard

Instructions
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Chop the cucumbers, feta, red onion and basil.
Combine the chickpeas, cucumber, feta cheese, red onion, and basil in a medium mixing bowl.
Prepare dressing by combining remaining ingredients in a small bowl or jar. Mix well.
Pour dressing over salad and stir to combine.
