Ingredients

cups
cooked
chopped chicken (1 rotisserie chicken)
1
cup
mayo
1/2
cup
red grapes
halved
2
stalks celery
chopped
2
tablespoons
sliced green onions
1/4
cup
dried cranberries
1/4
cup
finely chopped pecans
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
Shred or chop chicken into bite sized pieces.
Cut grapes in half.
Chop celery and onions.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Serve immediately on bread or with crackers OR store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Notes
Recipe Variations
Substitute raisins for the dried cranberries
Use any type of nuts or omit them altogether
Add sunflower seeds for extra crunch
Add diced apples for more fruit flavor
Add your favorite fresh herbs, such as tarragon or thyme
Substitute green grapes for red
Substitute red onion for sliced green onion
