Ingredients

  • 6 c. broccoli florets
  • 3 c. cooked chicken cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. panko bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Blanch broccoli by adding it to boiling water for 2-3 minutes; drain and layer in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Layer chicken on top.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine condensed soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, mustard powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and layer over chicken in pan.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Melt butter; stir together with bread crumbs.
  • Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over cheese layer.
  • Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes.
