Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons salted peanuts chopped

Instructions

  • Combine cream cheese, sugars, and vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Blend 2-3 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer to a small serving bowl. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later. Enjoy with sliced apples, pretzels, or any of your favorite dippers.
