Ingredients

  • 2 avocados mashed
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh basil
  • 2 teaspoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir gently to mix.
  • Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or bread.
