Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Use a hand mixer to mix until smooth and creamy.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Refrigerate or serve immediately with cookies, crackers, pretzels, or broken waffle cones.
