Blueberry Mojitos

Blueberry Mojitos are one of our favorite summer cocktails! They combine all the flavors of classic mojitos with the sweetness of fresh summer blueberries. They're easy to make by the pitcher or glass-full, and perfect for ladies' nights, drinks on the patio, or lazy days by the pool. If you're looking for a delicious new cocktail to serve to your family and friends, these Blueberry Mojitos are about to become your new drink of choice!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. white rum
  • 1/4 c. fresh blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • club soda to taste

Instructions

  • In a glass, muddle lime juice, sugar, blueberries, and mint.
  • Add ice to 2/3 full.
  • Add white rum and top off with club soda.
  • Garnish with an additional sprig of mint.
