Ingredients

  • 4 cups tomatoes quartered (approx. 6 small tomatoes)
  • 1/2 cup red onion approx. 1/2 onion cut into pieces
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño cut into 6-8 pieces
  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender.
  • Pulse 6 times or until desired consistency.
