Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds salmon
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place the salmon, evenly spaced, on the baking sheet.
  • Brush the salmon with olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Salmon will be opaque and flake easily with a fork when done.
