Ingredients
Salad

mixed salad greens

large Honeycrisp apple
thinly sliced
1/2
cup
candied pecans
1/2
cup
dried cherries
4
ounces
crumbled blue cheese
1/4
cup
thinly sliced red onion
Apple Cider Vinaigrette
3/4
cups
mayo
1/4
cup
olive oil
1/4
cup
apple cider vinegar
2 1/2
Tablespoons
honey
Instructions
Add the mixed greens to a large salad bowl.
Layer the other ingredients on top.
Prepare the vinaigrette by combining the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisking until smooth and creamy.
Drizzle as desired with vinaigrette.
