Ingredients

Salad

  • 10 ounces mixed salad greens
  • 1 large Honeycrisp apple thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup candied pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

Apple Cider Vinaigrette

  • 3/4 cups mayo
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Add the mixed greens to a large salad bowl.
  • Layer the other ingredients on top.
  • Prepare the vinaigrette by combining the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisking until smooth and creamy.
  • Drizzle as desired with vinaigrette.
  • Enjoy!
