Ingredients

Cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • red pepper flakes for garnish

Lemon Pepper Aioli

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Combine olive oil and seasonings in a gallon size ziploc bag. Add cauliflower and shake to coat.
  • Spray air fryer basket with olive oil using an oil mister (**do NOT use aerosol cooking spray, as it can damage the inside of the basket**)
  • Add half of the seasoned cauliflower and air fry at 400° for 8-10 minutes. Pull basket out halfway through and shake briefly so cauliflower cooks evenly.
  • Once the first batch is done, remove it from the air fryer basket, add the second half of the cauliflower, and repeat.
  • Garnish with red pepper flakes and serve with lemon pepper aioli.
