Air Fryer Broccoli

Ingredients

Broccoli

  • 8 cups broccoli florets about 2 pounds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optionally use a combination of olive and sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Garnish

  • red pepper flakes
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place the broccoli florets in a large mixing bowl or gallon size ziploc bag. Add the oil(s), salt, and pepper and mix well to coat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
  3. Spray the inside of an air fryer basket with olive oil using an oil mister (**do NOT use aerosol cooking spray, as it can damage the inside of the basket**).
  4. Add about 1/3 of the broccoli and air fry at 390° for 6-8 minutes, removing the basket to shake the broccoli halfway through. Once broccoli is done, remove it from the basket and repeat until all broccoli is done.
  5. Drizzle air fried broccoli with sauce and garnish with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds as desired.
