Air Fryer Broccoli

Ingredients

Broccoli

  • 8 cups broccoli florets about 2 pounds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optionally use a combination of olive and sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Garnish

  • red pepper flakes
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Place the broccoli florets in a large mixing bowl or gallon size ziploc bag. Add the oil(s), salt, and pepper and mix well to coat.
  • In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
  • Spray the inside of an air fryer basket with olive oil using an oil mister (**do NOT use aerosol cooking spray, as it can damage the inside of the basket**).
  • Add about 1/3 of the broccoli and air fry at 390° for 6-8 minutes, removing the basket to shake the broccoli halfway through. Once broccoli is done, remove it from the basket and repeat until all broccoli is done.
  • Drizzle air fried broccoli with sauce and garnish with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds as desired.
