Ingredients

Garlic Herb Turkey Cucumber Pinwheels

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 3 Tbsp. garlic herb cream cheese
  • 2 slices turkey
  • 1/3 c. matchstick sliced cucumbers

Hummus Spinach Red Pepper Pinwheels

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1/4 c. hummus
  • 1/2 c. spinach leaves, packed
  • 1/3 c. matchstick sliced red peppers

Southwest Chicken Pinwheels

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1/4 c. guacamole
  • 1/2 c. chicken strips
  • 1/2 c. shredded pepper jack cheese

Instructions

  • Spread cream cheese, hummus, or guacamole evenly over tortilla.
  • Arrange toppings as desired.
  • Roll tortilla tightly and slice into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
