Ingredients
Salad

romaine lettuce heart

small potatoes
1/2 c, thinly sliced and baked or pan fried in 1 Tbsp. olive oil

grape tomatoes
halved

c.
shredded cheddar cheese

bacon
cooked

Tbsp.
crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
Dressing

Tbsp.
sour cream

half & half

fresh chives
chopped

to taste
Instructions
Salad
Assemble salad on a large plate or bowl.
Top with dressing.
Dressing
Combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.
