Creamy Sriracha White Chicken Chili {Tailgaiting with Pick 'n Save}

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz. bacon cooked
  • 4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 fresh hatch chiles chopped OR 2 cans diced green chiles
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 4 cans Northern beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 c. heavy cream recipe can be made lighter by using fat free half & half
  • 1 c. sour cream recipe can be made lighter by using low fat or fat free

Instructions

  • Combine chicken, bacon, broth, onion, chiles, garlic, and spices in slow cooker.
  • Cook on low heat 6-8 hours.
  • Stir in beans, cream, and sour cream and heat through.
  • Turn slow cooker to warm and enjoy!
